Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

TradesAI is a job-management platform for solo tradespeople and small contracting businesses. Features include scheduling, invoicing, estimates, AI-assisted SMS reception, and a customer-facing booking page. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including customer contact information.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized SMS messages, marketing material, or spam.
• Use the Service in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any other applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or harmful.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any text messages sent through the Service to your customers comply with TCPA and applicable carrier rules — including obtaining the customer's prior express consent before any non-emergency, non-transactional message.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of the customer data and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that poses risk to us, our users, or third parties. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated content (including SMS replies, scheduling suggestions, and estimates) may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradesAI's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (US$100). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TO BE FILLED], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
